  1. Facebook live is great. For some reason just posting a YouTube Live video on Facebook doesn't get the views.

  2. That is because Google has such weak social media. Have you tried multi party with fblive? That's what we did as per the link. Audio not great but I think it was due to one connection

  3. Stephen Sabludowsky I haven't tried the multiparty streaming to Facebook yet. Did you get a lot of views? Probably more than you would get with Hangouts on Air.

  4. We did well, although we did not promote in advance since it was really a test. And yes, more than hangouts, much more. If you have any desire to do a test, let me know. I am figuring out the different nuances. Since Zoom is such a thin client, it takes very little cpu stress. I changed my logitech 920 to manual to reduce stress more. That helped with any loss packets. I will be doing it again today Craig Long and if anybody else wants to join..

  6. Stephen Sabludowsky I'm watching it now. I hear a third voice. Still problems with the sound levels.

  7. Stephen Sabludowsky Keep working on it. These kids have seemed to figure out the sound levels using Skype and YouTube Live: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f7a9j_bCDu4&t=4124

  8. The sound for me was a problem because I had the wrong setting. Initially I had headset on and took it off but did not make corresponding change in zoom. However, I did notice a troubling lag. Not sure why. I am going to try this with OBS today to see if there are any improvements.

  9. OBS is good for stuff like this.
I had used Xsplit capturing a Hangout Video Call on YouTube Live. I have a better computer now than when I did this:

  10. Very good quality. I have done some in past to youtube with obs but as you have said, audience isn't there.

  11. Arthur Morehead Thanks. I actually have moved on to vmix. While it is more difficult to use, it has some features that obs does not that has made it better for my own needs.
